Today I decided to do my own WOD – instead of following Pushmore. I was not sure whether I am up for the 5.30pm WOD in TTDI – so I decided to torture myself in the morning!

20 mins skipping

Then, 3 sets of:

  • 10 air squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 figure eights
  • 10 samson stretch!

And then… continue with 10 mins 10km/h run…

And then..

5 sets of..

  • 10 X 18lbs balls push press
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 50 skips

Ok .. that was tiring!
