Street butchery – as mentioned in the previous post seems to be more common than ever. As you can see in this post – they just put up a mat, and a big cutting block – then started to chop the meat. I am not sure about the hygiene and this practice can’t certainly be legal!
While I am extremely supportive of entrepreneur, this feels wrong!
