Seems that Windows 7 phone looks awesome. Comes with the features that I would like:

  • Touch screen
  • Keyboard (looks a bit small though)
  • Thin!

As what Engadget said in this post it runs on 1GHz QSD Snapdragon processor, equipped with a 4.1″ screen. RAM looks a bit disappointing though – 512MB RAM (not sure what it means when it says 1GB flash with 512MB RAM). Storage looks awesome – 8GB!

All in all – would be like WinMo 6.5, slow yet people still use it? Can it beat iPhone?

Seriously, I am very curious on the capability of Windows 7 Phone. iPhone is great – but as a business phone it’s severely lacking behind the Blackberry. Blackberry is a no-nonsense – straight to the point phone. Email – who cares about all the nice graphics, fast text, quick send-receive, compressed data and comfortable keyboard. But as a fun phone, Blackberry does not even come close to a WinMo. The browser is sucky as hell, and connection sucks (probably my network).

We shall see! What happened to all the platform! With OS 4.0 out, WinMo 7 out, Blackberry OS 6.0 out (somewhat somewhere) – the competition will be tough and good for consumer to make our choice. Otherwise, just buy all =))
