50 Double Unders

8 Front Squats @ 40kg/30kg

40 Double Unders

6 Front Squats @ 40kg/30kg

30 Double Unders

4 Front Squats @ 40kg/30kg

20 Double Unders

2 Front Squats @ 40kg/30kg

10 Double Unders

Substitute the double unders for 3 x skip.. i.e. 50 DU == 150 skips!

So.. i managed to do 35kg squats at 13:33 …

Oh gosh.. didn’t i say my legs was already in pain 😀
